I had full ownership of the company’s career website, managing its development, structure, and day-to-day performance within the Teamtailor platform. My role covered site functionality, content updates, user experience, and ensuring the platform effectively supported recruitment goals. In addition to maintaining the site, I managed PPC campaigns to drive qualified candidate traffic and continuously monitored performance to improve results. The focus was on creating a reliable, easy-to-navigate experience that converted visitors into applicants.
